Starshy, the pairing of Star Hunter and Fluttershy. They are enjoying themselves on a walk under the stars.

It's about time I submitted some art on Deviantart! I was tempted to try making an animation out of this, but I wasn't too confident about it yet since I'm still pretty new to flash. I'm not usually a shipper but this is one of the ones that I enjoy.

I haven't seen much art for Star Hunter (he's also called Orion sometimes but Star Hunter seems to be the more accepted name) which is a real shame because I believe he has a lot of potential. He has a cool design, he is the second fastest flyer in Ponyville, those 2 things alone are great ingredients for a popular background pony! Perhaps I haven't been looking in the right places for art on Star Hunter, but I still find him to be a very underrated background pony.

Even though they only share 1 interaction in the show, I think Star Hunter and Fluttershy could make a very good couple. Assuming that Star Hunter's cutie mark isn't too literal, I think it could be interpreted as a love of adventures in the outdoors (though a love of the night and constellations would also be included in this). I might make a comic later to show how they could be together when I'm not too busy and learn more about how to make an MLP comic.

Lets keep our fingers crossed that there will be more art of these two together and hope you guys like my first art work here!
